Alanna Milan, Associate
Alanna has a passion for equity and education. The founder and operator of Rising Stars Christian Daycare, she knows the importance of early childhood education firsthand. As the primary educator of her own four daughters, Alanna became a strong advocate for meaningful change in public education. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Edmonds Heights K-12 Equity Team. Alanna brings a background in DEI training, studies in elementary education from Western Governors University, and twenty years of Sunday School teaching experience. As an Associate with The Justice and Faith Collective, Alanna weaves her passions for equity, education, and faith formation in her training and consulting offerings.
